Give your clients a portal.
Stop the status call loop.

Stable Broker Portal is a white-label client portal customs brokers offer under their own brand: shipment tracking, entry status, documents, and billing in one place. Clients self-serve. Your ops team handles exceptions.

Built for the broker, used by the client

Six features that replace the status call queue.

Every feature in the portal is designed around the same goal: giving your clients the information they would otherwise call or email you to get. When clients self-serve, your ops team handles exceptions.

01: WHITE-LABEL

Your brand. Your domain. Your pricing.

portal.yourbroker.com. Your logo, your colors, your client communication templates. Nothing mentions Stable in the client-facing product. You are the vendor.

02: SHIPMENT TRACKING

Your clients track their own shipments.

Real-time shipment status from carrier APIs, milestone events, ETA updates, and delay alerts, visible in the portal without your ops team sending an email. Every shipment, every status, every time.

03: DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Every document, in one place, organized by shipment.

Commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, entry summaries, CBP release notifications, delivery confirmations: organized by shipment, searchable, and downloadable. Clients stop emailing you for documents they could find in 30 seconds.

04: ENTRY STATUS

CBP entry status, visible to your client before they ask.

Entry submitted, entry released, hold placed, CF-28 issued: your clients see the entry status in real time. They call you when something's wrong, not to ask if you filed yet.

05: BILLING PORTAL

Invoices, payments, and statements, all in the portal.

Broker invoices, duty advance billing, and statement downloads, in the portal your client already uses for shipments. Your AR team stops resending invoices.

06: CLIENT BOOK

One console for your entire book of business.

Switch between clients. See shipment counts, open documents, outstanding invoices, and recent activity across your entire book. Set per-client access permissions. Give each importer a scoped view of only their data.

How onboarding works

From partner agreement to first client live, in four steps.

01

Your co-branded portal configured in under 10 days.

Filer code, portal domain, branding, and your client communication templates configured during onboarding. No integration work required on your end. We pull your existing systems via API.

02

Your clients get an invitation to their new portal.

We provide client invitation email templates with your branding. Clients click, set a password, and land in their shipment overview. Average time from invitation to first active client: under 10 days.

03

We connect the systems you already run.

CargoWise, Descartes, your ACE integration, your billing system: we build the connectors that pull data from your existing systems into the portal. Your team doesn't change workflows.

04

More clients, same ops headcount.

The portal absorbs the status-update workload as your client book grows. Add a new client: send an invite, they activate, they self-serve. Your ops team works the exceptions, not the status queue.

Connections

Plugs into the systems you already run.

Stable connects to your customs software, billing system, and carrier visibility tools, so the portal surfaces data your team is already capturing, without asking you to change workflows.

Common questions

What brokers ask us
before they go live.

No. The portal is entirely under your brand. Your domain, your logo, your email templates. Stable is invisible in the client-facing product. If a client asks who built it, what you tell them is up to you.
Flat monthly fee per your total book of clients in the portal. Not per importer login, not per document, not per shipment. You set your own pricing for the service you offer your clients. The spread is yours.
We pull shipment, entry, and document data from CargoWise. Your team keeps using CargoWise exactly as they do today. The portal is a client-facing layer on top of your existing system. Not a replacement for it.
Yes. Per-client access controls let you show or hide specific sections (billing, documents, entry detail) for each importer. Clients see only their own data, never data from another client.
Documents are organized by shipment: every commercial invoice, bill of lading, entry summary, and CBP release linked to the shipment it belongs to. Clients download directly. You can also upload documents from the broker-side console.

A portal your clients
will actually use.

Book a 30-minute demo. We’ll walk you through a live portal, co-branded with a test domain, connected to sample data, and show you what client onboarding looks like.
